My CCS4.3 generated app is failing under IE10. It appears a line of CCS JavaScript for a dependent listbox is giving this error:

SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'value' of undefined or null reference.

Have you seen this? Googling SCRIPT5007 says outdated JavaScript Library is to blame. Is there a way to update it in CCS4.3?

Hi - Assuming it's prototypejs that's causing the problem, you can update the prototypejs library in the project by downloading the latest version and copying it into /js/pt (but keep a copy of the old files just in case, and don't delete the /js/pt/prototype_ccs.js

Or you could leave the JS in CCS project as-is, and put the latest version into the published site but that gets the Project and the website out of sync so it's not ideal but at least you can test it out.

I've had to do this for one of my projects as I'm using CCS4.3 for a couple of old projects while I find the time/money to do the full upgrade to CCS5.

Cheers

e
