hi all..can someone teach me how can i make a form from codecharge? i mean when i submit all detail from record then transform the record to form so i can print it?can someone help?

make a pdf-outprint...
use therefor fpdf or equal

Easy way would be to use the record builder and have all the Fields be Labels
