Hi folks,

i created a little website with ccs4. it works perfectly offline on my win development machine on localhost. online it doesnt work on providers webspace. everytime when i try to save a form i get a blank site after saving. this is only an online behaviour. offline works perfect.

when i save a simple form offline on my xampp installation i have:

http://localhost/admin/index.php?

as return page.

when i save it online on my providers webspace it returns a blank page and the following url:

http://ONLINEHOST/admin/index.php?ccsForm=settings

WHY ?

Please give me a helping hand...

thanks

by the way:

Hi, my name is Hector Sapien, can you tell me if you find an answer?

I have the same problem since a long time ago, and can´t find a solution, and there is not information how to fix it.

thanks

Héctor Sapién

hi,

i still dont know why this happens. i use xampp on my local machine so what i did is to change the php.ini on my webserver. the project is hosted @ a german provider. i have no clue which php.ini is running. but i took the php.ini (production version) found in my php folder from xampp and uploaded it to my provider. this works without an error.

i have no idea which setting causes the problem but now everything is fine.

hope this helps a little...

greetings

Most likely some error connected to environment settings on your remote host, that makes your script fail silently.

I would check PHP log file after execution of this script on your remote host. Then make sure that all error, warning and notices are displayed on the php script execution (you can set this on script execution, check php.net http://www.php.net/manual/pl/function.error-reporting.php

If that fails I would check the PHP code on your page (not the events, the CCS generated code), what it does exactly with ccsForm parameter.
