10-20m annum, so my bid is $50m and will take about 5 years.

I work in IT for a company that has a development close to monster.com (not the URL on my signature) and as "DataDoIt" said it would take a lot of money and time to develop.
My estimate....developing offshore (Mexico, Vietnam or China) will be around 2 years and close to 5 million dollars (servers and other equipment not included).
