I have a dropdown with some values with -->
but when the drop down show up on the page it shows & gt ; instead of dropdown.
any idea how can i fix it?

Hi
I tried to duplicate this and was unable to.
I created a listrbox control, created a DB table for the control, In the db table I placed --> and > and < values in the text field for the list box table, everything displayed OK.
Do you have more details???

Is text from a database displayed in a listbox text or html?

just to update. its working now.
1- Text from database is text not html.
2- I noticed it only happened if i am using Dependent List function. so if its just a dropdown it works fine but if i have a dependent list then it doesn't work.
so i updated the dependent list file under services and changed field from text to html in that page it worked.
