Hi

In playing with some of the new controls in CodeCharge Studio 5 I have found a bug in the New Slider Control.

The bug is that the control is not initialized to a the value that is in the textbox. In other words, if the textbox the slider controls has an initial value either from the database or default value, The slider is alwaws initialized as 0.

Here is a fix for that issue

http://realsites.biz/codecharge_studio_forum.php?forum_...um_topic_id=174

There are a coule of other things I have added / fixed.

1. The title for the slider is set to Slider so when hovered the title shows. That is ok but all sliders on the same page are all called slider... I though it should be able to name each slider independantly.

2. The operation of the slider works. It is attache to aa textbox control and as you slide it puts the value into the textbox. This is a little ugly since the textbox is an editable field on the page so a user could input a value directly into the textbox. So I think the page would look betted if the textbox was a hidden field and a only a text label was updated to show the value of the slider and textbox.

I have implemented these enhacncements and will post the code and a demo later.
