Hi all
I've just installed CCS ver 5 and am getting this message when trying to connect both remotely and on Localhost. I get a "test succeeded" message from MySQL but this pops up as soon as I click on Ok.
PC - Win 7 64bit
Latest version of CCS 5
MySQL direct connection
any suggestions?

Have you contacted support ( http://support.yessoftware.com ) to see if they can assist you with this issue?

Hi
Yes, I put a ticket in for both problems yesterday. No word yet.
What's interesting is that these problems occur on two different desktops.
Very strange.
