I am use CCS 4.3 and need to know if the menu builder supports accessibility requirements for diabled persons. Need to know how to configure the menu to support non mouse use or what keyboard commands can be used to operate it.

Thanks for the link. Even though YesSoftware has an option to create a 508 compliant project, they put features in it "Menu builder" which are not 508 compliant.

It seems from the article you listed that the solution is not to use the CCS menu builder.
