I purchased the CCS 5 upgrade on 6/21, the online purchasing form went through and recognized my previous serial number etc, and I got a message indicating YS would get back to me after processing my credit card.
My bank statement indicates the payment went through.
Since then... not a peep from YS... no confirm email... no nothing
I've contacted customer support by email twice... no response.
Has anybody successfully purchased CCS 5 since then?
or contacted YS and gotten a response?
I realize this is a customer support issue and not a technical issue... but I'm wondering if YS itself might be out of business?... in which case all your technical issues are moot...

I always get a response within 24 hrs...

I always get response in 10-15 minutes - from sale persons, and in reasonable time for tech support

Hello and thanks for your replies.
The bank statement shows the transaction was debited to YESSOFTWARE on 6/21.
I'm very surprised at this - I've typically gotten responses within 48 business hrs ever since version 2.3
