 Error when creating new project (CCS5 + Windows server 2008R2)

Hi all!
please help, when I creating new "blank project", CCS5 do nothing, project explorer remains clean and CCS5 didn't create any file in project directory.
Why is that so happens?

CCS5 + Win2008 R2 Enterprise works good for me. Looks like you have some problems with permission on this server OS.
I'm run installer with admin rights and run CCS5 from context menu "Run as administrator".

I'm run installer with admin rights too, from under super admin account, and launch CCS5 from under super admin (local administrator session)

I had problems with my CCS5 being able to make projects or even add to old ones. When I open CCS5, I was advised by support to chose "Run As Administrator". That worked. There is a way to change it so you always Run As Administrator when opening the program.
