Hi,

Maybe someone had such problem as I currently have:

On a page I have a Search Record and Editable Grid. Basing on search results the Editable Grid is shown/hidden (via PHP code, Visible property).

On this Editable grid I have a Edit Box with Numeric Up/Down control.

Everything is under Ajax Update panel.

Problem is that when the Editable Grid is hidden I get a JS error:

this.el is null

Obviously it is because the Editable Grid is not present on the page, but the JS is looking for the Text Box to attach the Numeric Up/Down.

I cannot find any CCS supported way to disable this Ajax feature when the Editable Grid is hidden. I can imagine a "hack" way of doing it, taking over for example
window.onload = bind_events;

and making my own version. However I would like to avoid this.

Maybe someone knows a better way to do this?
