Editing with Builder deletes Events

Hi,

When I am using the Builder (CSS 5) for e.g. adding a column in a grid, my existing events will be deleted; whereby I still can see the code snippets in the *_events.php file as //DEL code lines.

Is this deletion intentionally? Or is there an option which I can set, to retain my programmed events.
