Has anyone tried setting the 'supportRelationships' attribute to 'true'
within the MySQL.xml file and noticed any difference in the behavior
of their applications?

What is meant by 'Relationships' in this case?

By default, 'supportRelationships' is set to 'false'.

MySQL.xml is located in directory:
C:\Program Files\CodeChargeStudio4\Components\Databases

phpminer,

I have never tried setting the attribute to true but it wouldn't hurt to see what support has to say about it ( http://support.yessoftware.com/support_new.asp ).
