Issue 1
I have two tables in an access database. Table-1 is a list of all my documents for projects -> sub_projects. This table-1is the one which I have to use for my day to day work for adding/ editing and curating documents.
I have table-2 which defines the projects -> subprojects. Certain entries for the add/edit screen of the table-1 have to be taken on fly from table-2. But I also should have the flexibility of changing the data already populated in the add/edit screen.

Issue2
In case I have to add multiplerecords in the add screen, many a times certain entries of the previous record added can be used ass it is. So can we prevent add new record button from clearing all text boxes and allow me to see the data entered for the last record (and still not edit the last record)
