Is it possible to use Two Dependent Listboxes inside Record?

I am using Ajax - Dependent Listbox Feature in ccs4.

So I have Two Dependent Listboxes inside Record:
Countries
Cities

so when Record is called for Insert(Add) record it for sure works as expected, so I select Country and a new list of related Cities is appeared.

But if I want to Edit existing record it shows me right Country and again blank Cities listbox! But it should show me saved City value!

how I can do this? anyone have this experience?

Send the ID of the cities value to the listbox by specifying it in HREF source value in the grid link
