using mainHtml to email a form

Hi
Is there a way to use the mainHTML feature (used by covert page to PDF) OR something similar to make it easy to capture the form and email to a recipient. (rather than listing each field ).. Or maybe someone can throw in tips on how best to take a 1 page form and emailing its content .
