Can anyone tell me what performance issues they have run into when
designing a large multi-page application (several pages) ?

Is code generation so slow as to bog down the application development
cycle significantly?

Do additional bugs appear to surface as the application grows significantly?

Some of my projects have around 300 to 400 pages. CCS is no more unstable than it usually is so I'm constantly saving. Publishing the whole thing is a bit slow(it's more to do with my machine), but individual pages are exactly the same as a small project for me.
