I am trying to create a page on which a person can enter information which is sent to an other system: Fields required are:
From : <email adres for replies>
Type
Information

It then needs to be sent to a specific email adres and a subject which is in the code or a pull down menu ( it limits the amount of seperate pages to be created).
The subject may be from a pulldown menu or just within the code.
I can use a smtp server for the mail.
