Help Flash Chart requires Adobe Flash Player

I clicked Flash Chart builder but it says that "Adobe Flash Player requires to be installed on my PC"

I already have latest version of flash player and shockwave player installed from ADOBE..but i still can;t use Flash Builder

What browser are you using? Have you checked to confirm that the browser plugin is installed? Just wondering...

You need to add Adobe Flash Player Plug-in to Internet explorer.
Then it works!

We never heard back from you, but just make sure the browser-plugin is installed - this is
independent of what CCS may be telling you.
