Stop Stripping Out My Text in a Dynamic Link Control

Setting a link control to Visible = Dynamic makes this:

{MyLink}

If I go and add some text within the confines of the link control, such as:

My Text {MyLink} is here.

That text will get stripped out the next time the link control is
edited. STOP THAT! Please.

I want that extra information to also conform to the rules of the link
control's visibility setting. Yes, I know I can wrap the whole thing in
a Panel and do it that way, but then why go through that when the
visibility feature is already there for the link control. Consistency
is what we're after.

This could also apply to a dynamically visible Image and/or ImageLink
controls.
