I have a simple project with a couple of pages. The security settings are reasonably simple too, a user table with id, username, password and group id.
The problem is that the login page always displays the error message "Login or Password is incorrect." even though I'm making sure that I am typing the right user name and password.
Any suggestions on determining what's going on? I rebuilt the login page a couple of times etc. to no avail.
My environment is Win 7 64 bit, SQL Server 2008 Express 64 bit. The ASP worker thread is in 32 bit mode, and all of the other pages are working.

Ok, figured it out. The "security" tables consisted of 3 columns, userName, secPassword and group.
Since group is a reserved word, the query was crapping out.
It is unfortunate that the error was not more specific in the CCS framework which didn't seem to be able to distinguish between a query syntax error and the query not returning any rows.
