Im making a site that users log into and can keep a journal of records but i dont know how to structure my insert query.
i have 3 databases - users; user_cigar; and cigars
users holds information about the users and the key field is user_id
user cigar has 2 fields - user_id and cigar_id
cigars has 4 fields right now - cigar_id; cigar_brand; cigar_name; cigar_size; and cigar_desc
so I made a form and want to make a query where you can insert cigar_brand, cigar_name, cigar_size, and cigar_desc into the cigars table based on what the user_id is from the users table.
Can anyone help???
