I would like to have a randomly output of 6 records that is 3 x 2 (as shown in figure 1) from an Access database. How can I do this? I have more than 500 records in the database and has at least selected 100 records to be displayed in the page. But, will only show 6 records that is randomly selected from these selected 100 records to be displayed. Could someone help me on this issue? I do not know how to start.

Hi,
Use the gallery builder to get the 3 x 2 layout.
In the select of the records use "RND" (Random) Google gives: http://www.databasedev.co.uk/random_query.html

Thank you so much for your great reply. However, I forgot to include in my message that I am using ASP to get these random data from MS Access. I'm so sorry about that. Can you help me? Again, thank you very much for your reply.

Hi,
Independend of ASP or PHP or whatever. In the "gallery builder" at step 2 choose "build query" there switch from table to sql, and type your query. That's it.
