Right now I have a link in a grid that when you click the record_id, it takes you to another page to print the record information.

I would like to add a 2nd link in the grid, maybe the next column over, field_2 perhaps, and use that to go to a different page to edit that particular record. But I would need it to use the record_id so it could pull up the proper data.

ideas?

Personaly i build the link CUSTOM creating a TEXT with HTML context easy to pass ID

somthing like:

sender.value="<a href='#' onclick='window.open("whaever.asp?ID=" ...... etc etc

simple but work great

if want open a cool popup use Sexylight, deluxePopup or any other.
