It would be great to add support for transactions particularly on master/detail pages.

Purpose: To make changes to the detail table which are only committed when the related master record is successfully updated.

Whilst it is possible to add
"START TRANSACTION" AND "COMMIT" queries to the beforeshow and AfterUpdate events, respectively
as soon as you attempt to enforce transaction control to different objects on the same page, it remains isolated.
Implementations for Editable grids are particularly difficult!!

There are so many implementations for this, I think it would merit consideration for inclusion in a future release.

The only way I can do it at the moment is by shuffling data into and out of temporary tables to mimic the principle of database transactions with commit / rollback.

It's a bit arduous!!! But it does work.

Sounds all good to me
