While converting IssueManagerEnhanced from 3.1 to 4.3 received the following:
Error:Error occurred while attempting to load Action <Translate> from Category <User>.
File: C:\Program Files\CodeChargeStudio4\Components\Actions\Server\User\Translate.xml
Reason: System error: -2146697211.
Has anyone seen and solved this error? It occured in the conversion of IssueMangerEnhanced.
Also Style and Locale LIstbox would not translate.
