at a minimum you must populate the settings on the design (image2) and server (image3) tabs for every server (image1) you have listed

I am also having the same problem. Even though I configured the design and server connection tabs my DB tables are not showing in the next step of the wizard. I am using XAMPP on windows 7.

If you are using Windows 7 64 bit, you need to access the 32 bit ODBC.
See
http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sqldataac...92-924230fa90cb
for the command to do this.

I tried, several options, i virtualized xp and win 7 32 bits in virtualbox, used other portable servers like xampp, and still have the issue.
When I connected the odbc it says Test connection OK, I can see the database in ccs when I start the connection dialog, but when trying the wizard, the table list is empty.

Make sure in your ODBC connection that you are specifying the database source.
