I tested the version 4 and on my machine runs. But on the server, from a strange error.
Error: Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A01B6)
Object doesn't support this property or method: 'Response.CodePage'
/administracao/conselhotutelar/Classes.asp, line 1193

I'm getting the same error myself after upgrading to 4.3??

Can you show line 1193 from classes.asp?

P.S. Response.Codepage requires a parameter after it, i think.. (the codepage?)

I sent in a support request for this problem, they sent me a patch which fixed the problem.
If anybody has this error I would suggest you do the same. :)
