I asked YesSoftware 14 days ago to get a quote for some simple custom changes in my application. So far I received nothing but a reply saying that it was forwarded to the management. I mean they charge 60$ / hour (according to their store), so could I not at least expect a proper quote or at least decent communication ?

I am very disappointed.
