Hi,
I am having trouble with constructing this through the "add action".
SoortGroep.sgp_MedewerkerLCGewijzigd.Value = CCDLookUp("med_LC","Medewerker","med_ID=" & DBKBSSTCONN.ToSQL(CCGetUserID(),ccsInteger), DBKBSSTCONN)
In the "events tab" of my record form
using "server > before insert > add action > DLookup"
What do I need to type in there to get the above statement?
So:
Expression
Domain
Criteria
Connection
Convert result to
Type of target
Target
Tried a lot of differend things but I never succeed...

Hi
Expression = DataField Name
Domain = Your database table
Criteria = the selection or WHERE statement for selecting your records
Connection = The name of the DB Connection to Use. (this is a dropdown selection)
Convert result to = Your choice text, int, float.. etc (also a drop down)
Type of target = Type of varaiable you want the result to appear in, Variable, Cookie, Session, Page Component. (also a drop Down)
Target = Name of the target variable, control, etc.
