I need to display then first 100 characters of a text area field in a grid. Could anybody please help me with that ???

Hi,

Use sql for populating grid with something like this: SELECT LEFT(Artikel, 100) AS FirstHundredFromArtikel FROM ArtikelTableName

That should do it...
