Here is a minor bug that i stumbled upon today and thought it should be pointed out.
Two include files with the same name in different folders can't be included on the same page. This is because CodeCharge creates a class name based on only the filename and neglects to uniquely identify it by its full path.
It's not really an issue for me as i am aware of it and therefore name my includes differently but just thought that it could cause confusion for others.
