Just ran into the same problem as someone else that posted here a couple years ago. No solution was given and the thread was "closed". So I'm starting a new thread (with the same title) to state what solution worked for me.
The problem was that in an editable grid if I marked one record for deletion--all records were being deleted.
The problem stemmed from the fact that I copied the editable grid from another page (which used a different table) so I had to re-define the primary keys. I had inadvertently defined a single primary key when two keys were required.
Primary keys can be added by right-clicking on the field in the Visual Query Builder (which pops up a menu with an option that says "Primary Key").
I hope this helps someone else out there.
