I like CCS4 its a great tool I know there are alot of updates that need to be made but hey I like to do some of the work myself anyway  Style sheets I would love to see the style builder removed and replace with something alittle more developer friendly like topstyle i use there software to create my style sheets I would love to see a builder like that in ccs4 lets face it do we really need 6 different style sheets? No we Don't, while we still can add our own style sheets it becomes a pain to delete a style sheet folder when your not using a style, I would like to see a better menu builder, the one thing i would reallly like is to be able to use custom errors while i have had success with this it requires more code than some other than that i am happy.
I would also like to have the ability to change like ccsForm i would like to make it alittle more professional it looks kind of tacky when links have ccsForm and such the html id i dont like it either
