I would love to see a custom box add inside the style sheet builder that would allow you to add custom code to the style sheet like for input boxes and scrollbars this way when you build your style sheet you could add custom code because everyone knows when you modifiy your style sheet and if you have added custom code to it it gets wiped over.

As a workaround someone on the forums recommended in the past to make your .css files read-only to prevent wipe outs.
