Created an Editable Grid, when I used a SQL query that contained a join clause the form stripped out the Text Box for data input on one field. I put the Text Box back in. I then tied it to the Database Column and the field Control Source.
Then created a Custom Update:
Field name = IN_COLLECTIONS
Type = Text
Format =
Parameter field name = IN_COLLECTIONS
Parameter type = Control
Paramenter =
Where condition IN_COLLECTIONS = IN_COLLECTIONS
type dataSourceColumn
Condtion Type is Parameter
I can read data from the table correctly but when I submit data by filling out one field (one record), it takes the one field input and writes it to every record. So instead of one record reading "Yes" and the rest reading "No" they all read "Yes".
Must have tied the text box to something where it updates every record. Thanks in advance.
