I have a record form with various textboxes to submit data to the database table. I would like to use panels to hide some of these textboxes depending on what the user chooses from a list box or radio buttons, etc.

How would I be able to do this so it shows/hides the fields when the user selects an option from a list. Example: User selects "FORM A" from listbox, and the panel(s) only show fields that are required for FORM A. User selects "FORM B" from listbox, and panel(s) only showing fields for Form B are viewable. Every time you select from this listbox, can you make it refresh the page to show only panels with the appropriate fields? I don't think I've dealt with self-refreshing pages before.

found a way. I made a search box and did a listbox field in it. Then in the record form under "Before Show" event I pull what I picked from the querystring and do if-then statements to hide/unhide what I want.
