I installed the CCT popup window builder in CCS4
Is there a way to modify a popup window after you've initially inserted one on the page? I can't seem to go back into it and change options for it. Is there a helpfile that came with this? I don't see any documentation.

All I saw when I downloaded it was a "tutorial". Which is basically a demo
of someone
using it to produce a very simple help popup.
It can also be placed in a grid/maintenance form and will allow you to make
a simple database
dynamic popup.
I looked at the code that is produced and it is very simple. I don't know
your level of comfort
with changing the code but it seems that it would be very easy to modify the
code that was
put into the form.
But to answer your questions, no I didn't see any documentation other than
the video demo
and there doesn't seem to be a way to go back in and customize it.
