If I use App builder and pass through database selection/connection screen
there seem to be no way back to it unless I cancell and start over.
am I missing something ?

Hello,
I have found that if go back to the DB selection screen and make another selection move foward one screen. Then move back to the DB selection, and make then select the external DB and move forward the popup will appear.
