using CCS 4 with Dreamweaver

I've heared that CCS has some problems consolidating/updating pages modified
then published in Dreamweaver ( I guss that was CCS 3).

I would like to know if this problem has been resolved. If I would buy CCS I
will be using it extensivly in conjunction with Dreamweaver. The typical
aproach would be:
- create app frame and data manipulation in CCS
- modify look and feel (template/CSS) in Dreamweaver

what kind of problems I might run into ?
